These Terms cover AI Compute access and the GPU Contributor program. Related pages: Privacy Policy, AI Compute, GPU Contributors.

Agreement

By using zettagpu.com, joining a waitlist, accessing AI Compute, or joining as a GPU Contributor, you agree to these Terms. If you use ZettaGPU on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Service description

ZettaGPU provides distributed AI inference capacity for AI Users via an OpenAI-compatible API, and a GPU Contributor agent program for owners of eligible idle GPUs. Services are offered on a pre-launch / waitlist basis until general availability. Features, models, and SLAs may evolve before launch.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate contact information. AI Users should use a work or institutional email where possible. GPU Contributors must only enroll hardware they own or are authorized to operate. You are responsible for safeguarding API keys and agent credentials.

Acceptable use

AI Users may not use the API for illegal content, malware, credential theft, scraping that violates third-party terms, or attempts to compromise GPU Contributor nodes. GPU Contributors must not tamper with metering, spoof hardware identity, or run the agent on unauthorized machines. We may suspend access for abuse or security risk.

Pricing and billing

Published pricing applies unless you have a written enterprise agreement. Current list rates include up to ₹350 per 1M tokens (pricing varies), ₹12,500 per classroom / month for 50 seats with 50M tokens, and ₹63 per ZettaUnit-hour. GPU Contributors are paid for every token they deliver, measured by the scheduler; only premium RTX 5090-class nodes receive the up to ₹10/hr availability bonus. Monthly earnings vary and are not guaranteed. Illustrative estimates reach Up to ₹5,300/mo. Contributor payouts are issued via UPI/NEFT with a ₹500 minimum threshold.

Availability and pre-launch

We target high availability via scheduler failover, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during pre-launch. Maintenance windows and incidents will be communicated by email to affected users. Waitlist acceptance does not guarantee launch-day capacity.

Intellectual property

ZettaGPU branding, software, documentation, and site content remain our property or that of our licensors. You retain rights to your prompts, applications, and hardware. Open models are subject to their respective licenses.

Confidentiality

Non-public pricing, roadmap details, and early-access credentials shared with waitlist participants should be treated as confidential unless we publish them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ZettaGPU is provided as-is during pre-launch. Our aggregate liability arising from these Terms is limited to the fees you paid to ZettaGPU in the preceding 30 days (or ₹0 for unpaid waitlist access). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. Contributors may pause or uninstall the agent at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, unpaid invoices, or security risk. Provisions that by nature should survive (liability, IP, confidentiality) will survive termination.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that cannot be waived.
