Privacy Policy

This policy applies to visitors of zettagpu.com, AI Users who request API access, and GPU Contributors who join the network. Pre-launch waitlists are covered the same way as launched accounts.

Account details (name, work email, organization), messages you send through contact or waitlist forms, API usage metrics, and billing information for AI Users. GPU Contributors provide device identifiers, hardware class, online hours, and utilization stats only. We never ask for personal files, photos, documents, or browser history from Contributor machines.

To operate the inference network, route requests, calculate payouts, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and communicate about your account or waitlist status. We do not sell personal data. We do not use Contributor disk contents for training or advertising.

The ZettaGPU agent is designed to run in a sandboxed environment. Inference payloads are processed in GPU memory and are not written to disk as durable personal storage. The agent pauses when local GPU load spikes (for example during gaming). You can pause or uninstall the agent at any time.

API prompts and completions are processed to fulfill your requests and for abuse detection, quality monitoring, and billing. Do not send secrets, regulated health data, or other sensitive personal data unless you have a separate written agreement that covers that use.

We may use essential cookies required for site security and session continuity. If we add optional analytics, we will disclose them here and keep them minimal. We do not use third-party ad trackers on the marketing site.

Primary inference processing occurs on distributed GPU Contributor nodes, primarily in India. Account metadata and billing records are stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel.

Waitlist and contact form records are kept while we evaluate access and for a reasonable follow-up period. Active account data is retained while your account is open. Usage logs are retained as needed for billing, security, and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymized.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing contact@zettagpu.com. GPU Contributors can uninstall the agent at any time. We will respond within a reasonable period, subject to legal and security constraints.

ZettaGPU is aimed at universities, startups, researchers, and adult GPU owners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We may update this policy as the product launches. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
